· Taking orders from customers and serving customers at tables with a smile
· Ensuring all products / supplies are rotated in and out of storage.
· Ensuring all orders are prepared, heated and finish food items as per procedures
· Using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
· Portioning and wrapping foods and package take-out food orders
· Operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
· Cleansing pots and pans, sanitizing and washing dishes and other items by hand
· Experience with conventional oven, food dispensers and electronic cash register
· Handle weight up to 9 kg (20lbs)
· Experience in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure at times
· Washing, peeling and cutting vegetables
· Remove kitchen garbage and trash
· Handling and storing cleaning products
· Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen including appliances and equipment, storage places, cupboards and working surface.
· Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
· Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
