Service Supervisor to our store at HWY 4 S, Glaslyn, SK S0M 0Y0.
(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: At least 1 year working experience in related industry, or completion of college program in
food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline.
Wage & Benefits: $14.00/hr based on 30-40hrs/wk with 15 days paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate will be provided after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk
Work Location: Box 117 HWY 4 S, Glaslyn, SK, S0M 0Y0

Job Duties:
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
-Prepare food order summaries for chef
-Establish methods to meet work schedules
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
-Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
-Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
