Full-time Cook
 
Bene Sushi is looking for experienced cook to join our team.
 
Restaurant: Bene Sushi Restaurant
Work Location: 1574 Marine Dr., West Vancouver, BC, Canada, V7V 1H8
Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent
Wage and working hours: $19.00 ~ $22.00 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week (full time)
Benefits: 4 % gross salary, gratuities and free meal
 
Duties:
- Prepare and cook various Japanese (style) food menus such as sashimi sushi, roll or tempura, yaki soba, teriyaki etc.
- Assist in planing new menu and prepare paste or sauce for the menu
- Train kitchen helpers
- Monitor food inventory stock and order when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organized food preparation areas as the safety standards
 
Qualifications
-Completion of secondary school
-3 years or higher of commercial cook experience
-Able to communicate in English
-Able to work weekend(s) when needed
